The Great Victory is 75 years old!
75 years have passed since the day when the whole world heard the long-awaited word ” the Victory!”. The Victory Day is our memory of those who fought and defeated fascism, who at the cost of their lives defended our freedom and the freedom of future generations. This is a memory that will live forever in the hearts of people.
On the Victory Day, we will lay flowers at the eternal flame and remember those thanks to whom we live today. Let’s be silent and say “Thank You!” again. Thank you to those who died in order for us to live now, to those who, without sparing themselves, worked in the rear, to those who died during the bombing of cities and villages, to those whose lives were painfully cut short in the Nazi concentration camps for our peaceful life!
We have no right to forget the horrors of this war, lest they happen again. We have no right to forget those soldiers who died in order we could live now. We must remember everything… the Memory of how we defended and defended our Homeland remains in the books.
In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, the library presents a virtual book exhibition ” … so that memory on the Earth be kept alive.”
We also invite all readers to visit our book exhibitions in the library dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory and take part in the campaign “Remember the Victory – read a book about the war.”
