Exhibition «Education and Career»
From 1 to 3 March 2024 XXI International specialized exhibition «Education and Career» for school-leavers, parents, applicants, students and young professionals took place in Minsk in the Falkon Club Arena.
The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Education A. I. Ivanets, Chairman of the Ministry of Executive Affairs V. E. Kukharev, Chairman of the Board of BRUCS I. L. Korotkevich and Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction A. A. Balashenko.
Minister of Education A.I. Ivanets focused on the fact that the present event gives rise to a large republican action «I choose my profession», and the opening of the exhibition is the first starting point of its holding.
The exhibition was attended by about 120 universities, over 40 colleges, lyceums, as well as postgraduate institutes, educational centers, schools for the study of foreign languages, foreign universities. Representatives of the various educational institutions helped the applicants to determine their choice of profession.
The exhibition was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus M. V. Ryzhenkov and the Head of the Main Department of Education, science and personnel policy of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus V. A. Samsonovich.
A distinctive feature of the event this year was that all professional education and the real sector of the economy were brought together at one site: the enterprises of the Ministry of Industry, Light Industry, Belarusian State Food Industry Concern, Ministry of Construction and Architecture. During the three days of the exhibition, more than 100 events were held, including master classes, interactive venues.
Our Academy was presented at the site «Career Guidance» creative poster advertising, with informational and methodical materials, promotional promo about EE VSAVM, and specialties obtained at the Academy, various competitions, business game «Gallery of Agrarian Professions».
In the general program of the exhibition on 02.03.24 of educational marathon on the main interactive platform Tivonchik Anastasia, a student of the 3rd year of FVM performed the program «Understanding» Australian Shepherd named Infanta. The performance was a symbolic part of the marathon. During the exhibition Infanta became a favorite not only of schoolchildren and their parents, but also for all participants of the exhibition. The children photographed with delight and expressed their admiration for the kinological freestyle.
It was an opportunity to show our scientific and educational potential, show strengths of the Academy, to get acquainted with our applicants.
The exhibition aroused genuine interest among young people and their parents.
