«BORDERLINES AMONG YOUTH»
October 1, 2024 within the framework of III International scientific and methodological conference «CURRENT PROBLEMS OF EDUCATIONAL WORK AND YOUTH POLICY IN MODERN HIGH SCHOOL» a workshop «Borderlines among young people» was held in the auditorium of the House of Culture. Algorithm of action for curators of training groups was demonstrated.
Speaker Danilova E.L. is the head of children and adolescent psychiatric department of the «Vitebsk regional clinical center of psychiatry and drug addiction» spoke about psychological problems, causes of depression and ways to prevent it for 134 curators of training groups, professors and staff of academy. The Speaker underlined: “Prevention plays a key role. It is important not to allow emotional and physical exhaustion, and also avoid stress. Do not neglect your worries; you need to share them with close friends or specialists. Taking care of your psychological health is also important. Having a hobby helps to maintain an inner balance. Mental health is the key to our well-being! »
